pking skill

this took me like 2 weeks to make plz be nice about it, a pking skill like if u like a lvl lower then u u get less xp and if u killed a guy like 10 lvls more u get more exp thats the 99 cape if u get 99 pking

i think it'd be better that the 'P' and the 'K' were side by side... and the skull and crossbones, at the top of the cape.. and 'PK' near the bottom. it should be black with white trim. or blood red trim..
